Background:The TripChance (Training, Reskilling, Inclusion & Placement for Career & Harnessed Access to New Competitive Employment) facilitates Results-Based Financing (RBF) skilling of youth and vulnerable populations in Uganda.
Our platform connects investors with certified Skilling and Training for Employment Provision(STEP) Facilitators and programs accredited by the Ugandan Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT).
In the TRIP Chance tokenized ecosystem, investors—whether small or large—provide upfront financing for youth skilling programs via multiple payment channels (crypto, mobile money, bank transfers, or fiat). Their capital is converted into program-specific tokens that represent a stake in trainee outcomes. Under Results-Based Financing (RBF), returns are directly linked to employment success—measured by verified job placements, income generation, or enterprise creation. Smart contracts automate payouts upon achievement of predefined milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability. This model allows investors to earn financial returns while driving measurable social impact, with smaller investors pooling funds for shared risk and reward.
The TripChance STEP Facilitator delivers certified training programs with financial support from investors via Results Based Financing. Our platform connects accredited STEPs with investors and matches them with trainees seeking skills development. All programs are accredited by the Ugandan Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) and follow rigorous quality standards.
The TripChance Guarantor/Backers of skills financing, are the community anchor of trust. Largely selected from Credit Cooperatives , their role is to vet and endorse promising trainees from your membership, providing a credible Guarantor/Backer that replaces traditional collateral. By serving as a Guarantor, as enable access to finance for thier members while strengthening your cooperative's reputation and social impact.
The TripChance Director of Independent Verifiers of Results(DIVER)/Auditor , is the guardian of integrity and trust. DIVER's role is to impartially verify that training, employment, and income results have been achieved before funds are released. The DIVER 's independent validation ensures the entire system operates with transparency and accountability for all stakeholders.
